{plus one goodies from paper issues}

Hello hello! Today I am sharing a layout I made with some of the new American Crafts Plus One goodies available at Paper Issues. This is one of the best lines in a long time, in my opinion! I love the bright colors.

I also used some of this cute washi tape, adhering it to a piece of white cardstock then punching circles out for embellishments.

These stitched tags are a must have.

{glitz layout + a free cut file!}

Hey there! Today I'm sharing my layout inspired by pink, blue, gold and white. What else to scrap but my babies?? I used bits and pieces from the Carpe Diem and All Dolled Up collections, as well as the Black and White collection.

I also accented with some giant rhinestones and sequins.

I couldn't find a cut file I liked for my title, so I made one myself! You can download it here if you'd like. Happy Friday!

This week I included a screen shot of a text from daycare. My son is always getting into some kind of trouble! :) I also used the stamp included in the PL kit over the "good" card.

I love stamping on wood veneer too!

{glitz roller doodles}

Did you know that Glitz roller doodles are now available on Amazon? Really cool right? I created a punched background with them on my layout.

I started by stamping in red and black ink on white cardstock.

Then I used my circle punches to punch out alternating sizes.

I think the end result came out really cool! I used the new Black and White collection.

{elle's studio march kit}

It's time again for another monthly kit at Elle's Studio! This one has got me thinking spring, and I think it's about time! This has been such a long winter. We are ready for warmer weather and playing outside!

We had preschool family night at my daughter's school a few weeks ago and this kit was perfect to document it. I used a few of the 4x6 and 3x4 tags, as well as the stars and some Elle's wood veneer.

And check out the cut files this month! Totally great.

Plus another great offer -- any order over $5 will receive this free mini kit! And free shipping for over $50 in the US. Definitely check it out. Hope you have a great week!

 Hi there! This morning I'm sharing a layout with you using the March kit from Citrus Twist. Today's post is all about simple strategies. My simple strategy this week is making your own title. I decided to use the sketch pens with my Silhouette Cameo to create a title for my page. After drawing the words (font is Blackout) I colored them in using watercolors and Gelatos.

I used patterned papers from the Main Kit and layered them up under my photo adding stamps, stitching and washi.

Isn't the love die cut fab? You can grab that American Crafts die in the CTK shop, as well as the gelatos!

I encourage you to get your sketch pens and try this technique out! If you don't have them, it would still be fun to do a hand drawn title and color it in the same way I've shown here. Thanks for stopping by today!

{inspired by stars - citrus twist kits}

connor 13 mos

Hi there! Today I'm sharing a starry layout with you using the March main scrapbook and pocket life kits from Citrus Twist. I was inspired by the "I love you more than the stars" PL card and built my layout around it. There are some really cute star wood veneers and accents in the main kit that go great with this theme!

I also used these fab mistable Thickers in the main kit with some mist from my stash. Just mist away and wipe off the excess. Super fun and easy.

I love how the wood veneer compliments the card perfectly.

And here is a super cute and fun flair from the main kit.

We would love to see what you've been doing with our kits! Don't forget to share them in our gallery . Thanks so much for stopping by today!

{PL inspired with Bella Blvd}

Hey guys! Today on the Bella Blvd blog, Stephanie Buice and I are sharing our take on project life inspired layouts. I decided to go with a traditional page using PL as inspiration.

I love using Project Life as an inspiration for a regular layout. I took some cues from this style of page protector and designed my layout in a grid fashion. For extra texture I stitched around my paper pieces and Candid Cards before adhering them to the background.

I added black and white photos so they wouldn't compete with the bright colors in the Molly collection. Try this for your next layout! It's a great way to grab some new inspiration and put together a page in a snap!

 Thanks for stopping by :)
